1.  What is an errand/concierge service?

An errand runner/concierge is a personal assistant for your personal life - one who enables you to stop worrying about your To-Do list and start living the quality of life you always intended.

2.  How do I get started and hire See Katie Run?

I like to set up an initial free consultation to evaluate your needs as a new client.  We can discuss expectations and you get to see how the process works.  There is no obligation to become a client, but I am certain you will feel at ease knowing that life's little necessities are being tended to while you are at work or enjoying life.  To get started, simply call Katie at 925.588.9455 or email at katie@seekatierun.com.

3.  Do you provide service to corporations as well as individuals?

Absolutely!  In addition to providing a wide variety of concierge services to small and medium-sized businesses, corporations, and hospitals, See Katie Run is also "running errands for the running ragged!"  Everybody from busy professionals to new moms, from dual income earners to stay-at-home-dads can use a little sanity back in their busy lives and Katie makes it her job to give that to you.

4.  What areas do you service?

We mainly service Oakland, Berkeley, Lamorinda, Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill, and out to Danville.  Occasionally, we'll do a run outside of these areas, but please call to verify.

5.  What if I need help with a service that is not listed?

See Katie Run understands that everyone's needs are different and what works for some clients won't work for everybody.  For the most part, if it's legal and ethical, we can help you.  Just ask!  We can get together and customize our services to fit your needs.

6.  What are your rates?

We have very simplified flat rate pricing without an additional mileage charge (unless excessive driving occurs and makes this necessary).  This makes it nice for clients to know what to expect.  In addition, we have 3 membership packages that offer additional savings for clients who anticipate they may need either 10, 15, or 20 hours of service a month.  Packages can be customized for clients with needs in excess of 20 hours per month.  Please call for quote or to set up a time to meet with Katie and discuss your needs.

7.  Are you insured?

Yes!  See Katie Run is fully insured and bonded.  We are independently owned and operated.

8.  What are your hours of business?

Our regular hours of operation are from 9 AM until 7 PM, however we understand that life happens beyond normal business hours.  We may be available on weekends or holidays, as well, but please note that services may be charged at a higher rate based on the request and urgency.

9.  What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept cash, personal check, or cashier's check.  We are currently getting set up to offer payment by credit card.
